It has a 94 polini 40cc 5 port barrell. 316A marked.

When putting the engine back together i looked for the woodruff key slot for the flywheel and noticed that there wasn't one!!

The crank is in the right way round etc.

The flywheel has a taper fit and nut, i have lined it up best i can with the old marks where the flywheel slot sat on the crank but was wondering how accurate you need to be in regards to timing degrees and anything eles i might of missed?

Did ask someone where they got theirs from, but he said from a mate - which doesn't help me much!
Any idea where I could pick one up?

The guy said they came off a Blata mototard and were the tyres fitted as standard to them.

They are genuine PMT - but I'm just wondering if anybody knows roughly what sort of compound they are, ie T41 or B's etc etc?

is there any write ups on complete strip down build up of the rear end or info i could look at incase ive made a mistake on the rebuild on the rear wheel,

What do i need to check on this (keeping in mind im new to this ) and how do i tune it or at least set it back to factory settings as it will be miles out now.
