Throughout September practice will be Monday nights 4pm - 9pm. Starting from 8th October it will be alternate Monday nights at the same time and it is £15 per bike. Riders must have a Class B helmet, boots, padded gloves, knee sliders and padded overalls.

Next date for Teesside practice is Monday 28th December 10-4. Cost will be 20 Quid. During Jan and Feb Dave will be putting Sunday mornings on instead of Tuesday nights. January 17th and 31st. February 14th and 28th. These will run 8-12. Richie
