MMRA Presentation 2008.

The AGM is at 1pm for 1.30pm start on 22nd Nov 08 @ Novotel Hotel, Nottingham/Derby Bostock Lane Long Eaton Nottingham NG10 4EP. 0115 946 5111

The trophy presentation will be in the evening 7pm for 7.30pm meal, followed by trophy presentation and then disco.

There will be a buffet provided for those attending AGM at 12.00 noon. all welcome but only full members can vote - B There - it's your club!

Trophy presentation and meal are by ticket only. You need to choose your meal by the 12th November.
Payment by cheque must be received by the 17th November.
Please make Cheques made payable to M.M.R.A and send to Tracy Winfield , woodside farm, Heath Lane, Boundary, Swadlincote,Derbys DE11 7AZ . Please enclose with your cheque the names of who you are paying for. (Within your party)

Tickets: £20 adult or £10 child - under12 (under 5's free).


MENU CHOICES:

Adult
Roast Topside of Beef With Yorkshire Pudding and Red Wine Gravy
or
Chicken Breast with red wine & mushroom sauce
or
Leek & Gruyere Crown Finished with a light fennel cream

Children
Smaller size Roast Beef or Chicken Dish
Or
Chicken Nuggets With fries and baked beans

Dessert
Profiterole’s with Chocolate Sauce
followed by Coffee & Mints


So, you need to email si@mmra.org.uk with number of people in your party and their details, and your menu choices. He'll forward them to Sue for you. You then need to pop a cheque in the post to Tracy at the details above for the total (£20 x [total adults])+(£10 x [total kids])


We also need to know if you're attending the AGM, and if you are, if you have any kids that will need catering for for the duration of the AGm (note we need to know this regardless of whether you're going to presentation or not). Same again, please email si@mmra.org.uk with details.
