Chain and suspension troubles!?

hey, just after some advice and tips really. every time i try and ride my mini dirtbike the chain comes off, without fail. ill pull away and do about 5 meters and off it comes. also my rear shock is incredibly soft so when i sit on the bike the chain becomes really slack. ive tried tightening the chain to no affect.

any help or advice greatly appreciated. thanks Chappers!

Also i have just replaced both the chain and rear sprocket, alos having no affect.

Unfortunately, its chinese, and thats what you get
Maybe buy a new Rear shock
