You don't give us much to go on do you? I am assuming this is a CAG, and you mean that fuel comes out when you turn the engine over with a closed throttle. Is that right?

If so, you are flooding the engine - probably because the needle valve operated by the float in the carburettor float chamber isn't closing properly. CAGs do this! You can try to jiggle it back into place by just bouncing the rear of the bike on its tyre. If you get the fuel to stop coming out, take the plug out and clean it. Turn fuel off and spin the engine with plug out a few times, and put the plug back in. Turn the fuel on, and try again.

If bouncing it doesn't stop the flooding, take the float bowl off and clean it all out - they often stick open due to bits of crud.

Using the fuel shutoff tears tiny bits of rubber off the seal and it lodges in between the needle and seat, holding it open. Excessive oil tends to cause swelling in the rubber, making the problem worse.

Clean and blow out the carb/shutoff with compressed air......then don't use the shutoff. Also install a fuel filter if you do not have one.

Gas mixture in the chinese A/C's.....36:1 for breakin and 50:1 after. Ignore the manual that says 20:1 and DON'T use the mixing bottle included. They are very inaccurate.

36:1 is 28ml of oil for every litre of gas.
50:1 is 20ml of oil for every litre of gas.
